At what point does your old behaviour become old to you?
At my age, I have realized that things that I did in the past are not things I want to have with me when I try to build a future for myself.
Take a look into your habits that are not bringing you any closer to your goals in life and adjust your actions/reactions accordingly.
We cannot continue to let the things of the past dictate our plans for our future.
